xPROCESSING ORDERS
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing times are separate from the shipping times at checkout. There maybe potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $250.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 931 10th Street, Suite 778, Modesto CA 95354. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We'll send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup are by appointments only. Please have your order confirmation email and photo ID with you when you come.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, you can contact us at info@higherachievements.com. We’ll contact you within 3 business days after you requested a return to send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 931 10th Street, Suite 778, Modesto CA 95354, United States. We’ll contact you within 3 business days after we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@higherachievements.com.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges is for the same item only and within 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you within 3 business days after we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
